Announcing Technology Bootcamps for 2009

We're starting a series of multi-day technology training sessions in Albuquerque. They are designed for nonprofit and small business staff who are or will be responsible for the organization's Web site.

The Nonprofit Web Site Bootcamp and Small Business Web Site Bootcamp focus on Web site development and marketing strategies. Also, participants will receive training on Drupal and Joomla!, two popular open source content management systems (CMS). By the end of the 3-day session, participants will have a starter site that they can take with them.

• February 18th through 20th for nonprofits
• March 10th through 12th for small businesses

The Nonprofit CiviCRM Bootcamp focuses on database strategies and training on CiviCRM, a popular open source constituent relationship management system. By the end of the 3-day session, participants will have a starter online database that they can take with them.

• February 25th through 27th

We hope this will be an easier and a more benefcial way for organizations to gain the knowledge that they need. We feel strongly that these sessions will knock down barriers for the organizations that feel they are stalled in trying to leverage the Web.
