Although CiviCRM is open source software that is free of licensing costs, when working with us or any other developer, you should expect to pay for our expertise and time to setup your solution.

All of our projects start with a proof of concept phase where we setup a skeleton of the CiviCRM installation with your data to prove that the system will work as you intended. Most of our CiviCRM solutions cost between $1900 and $4750 depending on the complexity of your needs. In addition, it's important to account for the costs of updates, support, training, and upgrades when creating your CRM budget.

We do have some clients who are "do-it-yourselfers" and just want someone to "peer over their shoulder" while they implement CiviCRM for their organization. We are fine with this arrangement and would charge our hourly consulting fee of $95/hour to do so.
