Introduction

CareMount Medical operates as a health care center. The center specializes in internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, urgent care, radiology, neurology, cardiology, orthopedic, dermatology, gastroenterology, as well as pain management services. CareMount Medical serves patients in the State of New York and is now part of Optum.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

1. Providing prompt and accurate responses to manager and supplier questions, concerns, and requests via email, chat or phone.

2. Checking all emails to determine if action is needed.

3. Scheduling interviews in ManageRight.

4. Opening orders

CareMount Order Approval Process

We receive a filled out grid, we open order in Manage Right and approve and it then moves to the final approval (level 2) which is Tiffany Ward or Cyndi Palmer. Only one of them (Tiffany or Cyndi) need to approve for the order to go live. If the directors aren’t approving, after 48 hours please email them to move it along and copy Samantha Tartaglia.
