The Situation: The Evangelical Press Association (EPA) is a nonprofit organization that was using MemberClicks to manage their membership records on their Joomla! site. The membership directory opened in an iframe and the membership application opened in a new window. In addition, members had to login to the site multiple times to view or update specific information.

The Problem: EPA wanted to integrate CiviCRM with the frontend and backend of their Joomla! Web site and customize it for their specific organizational needs.

Our Solution: To meet the needs of EPA, we provided CiviCRM installation, system configuration, and training. Now the site administrators and members can take advantage of a single sign-on system and streamlined workflows.

The Result: EPA's small staff now can easily maintain their membership information. After the training, they felt comfortable enough to setup their event registration through CiviCRM.
