Human Resource Management Association of New Mexico

The Situation: The Human Resource Management Association of New Mexico (HRMANM) is a nonprofit organization that was using Jobing.com to manage their Web site and membership system.

The Problem: HRMANM felt limited in what they could do with their site. They wanted to move the site to a more traditional hosting environment and improve the administrative management of the site for its members, partners and board. 

Our Solution: To meet the needs of HRMANM, we provided Drupal and CiviCRM installation, system configuration, and training. The board uses the new site for membership and event management. Also, each board member now has their own branded e-mail address. 

The Result: Phase 1 of the site is complete (as of March 2009). Members and guests have used the site to register for several events and renew their membership. Phase 2 of the site will involve adding more member benefits and continuing to streamline workflows for the large board.
